Attorney Chad E. Brocato became an internationally published author for emergency medical services trade publications prior to entering the field of law. In 2005 he earned his Doctor of Health Science before going on to graduate as one of the top ten in his class with a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from Nova Southeastern University (2013).
Ycnaduy "Duy" Gangi graduated from Florida Atlantic University and received her Juris Doctor Degree in both the U.S. and in Italy from Nova Southeastern University and Roma Tre Universitá degli Studenti, respectively. Her previous employment includes working for former Broward County Commissioner and Mayor Ilene Lieberman, and Hall & Rosenberg, P.L., city attorneys for the City of Lauderhill, Florida. Ms. Gangi has emphasized her practice in government relations, contract law, international law, and corporate law. Ms. Gangi is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is anticipating admission to the Italian bar.
FABIAN C. MOIGUER was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013. Mr. Moiguer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Moiguer received an International Law Concentration after completing a semester abroad at the University of Barcelona, in Barcelona, Spain, where he studied International Law with a focus on Spanish, Catalonia and European Union Civil Law. Mr. Moiguer worked for several years with various international import/export companies in Miami, Spain and Argentina. This experience has helped him gain a keen understanding of the intricacies and practical aspects of international trade and finance, particularly with regard to shipping, risk of loss, and the international transport of goods. While in law school, Mr. Moiguer was employed as a Legal Clerk Intern at the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit, located in Broward County, Florida, where he worked in the Homicide Division. Mr. Moiguer attained the Gold Level (300+ Hours) for his participation in Nova Law Center’s Pro Bono Honors Program. He was also the Vice President and Secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Secretary of the Evening Law Students Association, and a member of the International Law Students Association, the Hispanic Law Student Association, the Jewish Law Students Association, the Florida Bar International Law Section and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Moiguer is fully bilingual in spoken and written Spanish.
